Greenwood Fitness Center is a brand new 3000 square foot facility. We can accommodate all fitness levels. Our goal is to deliver innovative fitness and lifestyle programs that will work for you. Our friendly professional staff will inspire and support you in your commitment to improve your health and physical well being while enhancing the quality of your life.

- Monday to Friday 9AM to 9PM
- Saturday 9AM to 4PM
- Sunday 9AM to 1PM
- We are open 24/7 for existing members
A Note From The Owners:
Jesper Andersen and Fred Meyers created the Greenwood Fitness Center to serve the community and share their passion for fitness and preventative health care. Jesper has over 14 years experience as a personal trainer with a proven track record of success. Jesper has a true passion for helping people to transform lives and bodies. Fred Meyers is a nationally licensed paramedic. As a first-responder Fred has dedicated his life to helping people in need. Fred has studied and trained in martial arts, physical fitness and healthcare and believes smart and efficient exercise is key to improving quality of life and maintaining health!
